Heather is the Property Manager for The Pinnacle, a super-regional 250-acre, open-air mixed-use lifestyle center in Bristol, Tennessee.  The Pinnacle serves consumers from a five-state region with more than 700,000 square feet of open retail, restaurants, and entertainment space.  A graduate of East Tennessee State University, Heather has 16 years of experience in the shopping center industry.
