Johnson Commercial Development is a full-service real estate development and management company based in Bristol, Virginia. Steve Johnson, current president, founded the company in 1995. Johnson Commercial Development has built a successful real estate business based on superior relationships with its clients and demanding excellence from our development team. We have successfully created over 3,000 jobs between full time, part time, and construction jobs in the Pinnacle alone.

Over the past 15 years, Johnson Commercial Development has developed over 50 retail properties with gross leaseable area in excess of 3 million square feet, making us one of the region’s leading and most experienced retail development companies. We are proudly an International Council of Shopping Centers member and have worked with over 70 different brands. We have developed in the majority of the southeast states; Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Alabama. In addition, we have developed in Colorado.
